You'll want to file a motion for a continuance in one of the matters as soon as possible after you realize that there's a conflict. Call counsel(or the other party or parties to the case if no attorneys are involved) for the other side and explain that you have another court appearance coming up and politely ask for dates which are convenient. If counsel in one case isn't helpful, then try the counsel. If the other side agrees to a continuance then file a Consent Motion For Continuance and state why.
