Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland
A large company gave me a incorrect refund of a large amount and they won't take it back. I have spoken with 6 supervisors and they keep saying they have no record of it. What do I do?

Set it in escrow or otherwise, provide proper notices, generate appropriate documentation and the funds may become yours or will be properly remitted without recourse.
