Legal Question in Banking Law in Maryland

mortgage foreclosure fraud

Need an attorney to take (2) foreclosure cases based on predatory terms and wrongful fraudulent foreclosures.

Want cases to go to Federal Court only for RICO, RESPA and unfair and deceptive business practices. Same mortgage servicer and bank filed foreclosure actions against two cousins houses at the same time. Please no attorney's that are friends with the other party's or are related to them.

Your inquiry is based upon a showing of fraudulent activity. In this instance you must show intent on the part of the lender to deceive the borrower. If you feel you have a case for a deceptive or non-conforming mortgage practice you should contact an attorney.
