Re: Claiming bankruptcy

Since ch 13 is not a complete liquidation type bankruptcy there is no limit as to when you can file, the only limitation being if you get dismissed for material default on a plan or bad faith filing and even then, there is only a 180 day bar. So, of course, you can file again. Consult with competent legal counsel. Call my office if you need further assistance. Joe Trevino. 1-800-924-6217.
