Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
My tenant filed bankruptcy chp 7 and hadn't paid rent or talked to me for about a month. I sent her a proposal to give her one month then move out and I won't take any legal actions after the Bankruptcy is discharged. She has agreed to the proposal...should I get it in writing or does it helps at all?
