Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Maryland
My tenant went through the Meeting with Creditors. How do I find out if she has rejected or assumed the lease? Is there someone I can contact at the Bankruptcy court to check? I might missed the letter of intend.

A tenant can't assume the lease. Only the trustee can, and would have to bring it current. It never happens with a residential lease.
