Conflict of Interest
If I represent a large corporation can I have access to all the business deals of this corporation? What if I own stock in the corporation?
Re: Conflict of Interest
If you have owned at least 5% of the stock for 6 months, state law entitles you to inspect the corporation's books of account and stock ledger, request a statement of affairs from a corporate officer, and in certain cases request a list of stockholders. I don't know exactly what you mean by "access to all the business deals", but I suspect that what you are looking for is beyond the scope of the statute.
