Employer signed mass letter
My employer sent out a mass mailer to clients and signed my name without my permission.Is this legal?

Not unless you signed something authorizing your employer to do so. I'm not sure there are any adverse consequences to you, but you should discuss it with whomever decided to do this to clear the air.
