Legal Question in Business Law in Maryland
Hello Law Guru,
Could you please tell me the name and address for the resident agent of the Dell Computer Corporation (or Dell, Inc.) in Maryland? I have not been able to locate this using the corporate charter information telephone number for the state of Maryland. Dell does also not make its HQ (Austin, Texas) telephone number very public and the customer service agents are ignorant of the information I am looking for or where to find it.
