Union bidding against non-union

An electrical company (a union shop) just lost their contract to a non-union shop. It seems that the non-union shop had an unfair competitive advantage. It there a legal reference I can use to help my friends?

Re: Union bidding against non-union

You should consult an attorney. I have represented non-union entities for egregious and unfair union practices. Why do you need to help your friend when he/she is part of a union and has paid dues for assistance? If the union does not have legal representation they should consider acquiring it.
