Can the post office be sued?
Can the post office be sued? I mailed a package and I bought delivery confirmation. I was informed that the ETA for delivery is 2-9days. It's been 19 days now and no one know where my package is. Can i sue them for the value.

Yes, if the item was sent with insurance.
