Legal Question in Consumer Law in Maryland
I purchased a used car but did not pick it up yet, what are my rights if i want to change my mind?

Did you sign a purchase and sale agreement? If so, what does it say about your right of return? Did you purchase the car from a company such as CarMax? If so, they have a pretty liberal return policy. I assume you know the answer to this question.
