Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Maryland

If I have a acoount that I had fallen behind in paying, and then were able to pay it current, do my creditor have the right to garnish my wages instead of continuing to allow me to make my payments? I was 180 days behind in payments but now I am current.

With very few exceptions, a creditor has to obtain a judgment against you before it can garnish your wages. Do you have a judgment against you?
