Interrogatories in aid of execution

Re: Interrogatories in aid of execution

You must provide the answers to the interrogatory but the value of the answer lies in the law. Certain interrogatories are illegal but yours does not seem to be the case. Your personal property is exempted from bankruptcy actions up to a set limit. The ability of a creditor to seize upon assets is also limited. If you have received interrogatories then you are in the midst of pending litigation and you should seek the assistance of an attorney.
