Request to Remove Garnishment from Credit Report

Is it possible to request plaintiff to remove from public record a garnishment that has been satisfied?

I'm not sure what you mean by "public record". Once a garnishment has been satisfied, the Plaintiff must file a notice in the court where the the case was filed, stating that the judgment has been paid in full. If you mean removing it from your credit report, I do not know whether it is possible for the Plaintiff to do that. You can certainly ask them to, but I doubt it is in their power to do so. The judgment, even though satisfied, will stay on your credit report for at least seven years (I'm not in my office so I cannot check, but I believe it is 7 or 10).
