sick m.s. patient with credit card bills

i have been ill for 11 yrs with multiple sclerosis got sick couldnt work anymore. before i was sick my credit was good / very good credit report.. now facing summons for court will i go to jail?? i have no money to pay on disability ,,will i go to jail?????
