attempted murder
i am being charged with attempted murder this ahs been going on for about 2 yrs and i havent had a trial. the last time i went to court they were going to dismiss the case b/c they didnt have any evidence or the victim now they are saying they found letters that i wrote but the letters are not talking about the incident. does it sound like they have a strong case?

Don't you have a lawyer? The law requires you be tried within 180 days.
