Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

My boyfriend was in court sept 2009 for non support of a minor child. he plead guilty and was sentenced to 3 years DOC time, all suspended and 3 years unsupervised probation in terms that he comply with all child support orders. He started working in November. He was supposed to send in payments out of his check but he didn't, he was waiting for the county to garnish his wages. The child support started coming out of his paychecks in January. Also, in January there was a petition for warrant filed, the warrant was posted in February. The sheriffs came and got him in March, now this upcoming Monday he has his violation of probation hearing. He has a letter from his boss stating that he still has a job to come back to upon his release from court on monday and the letter also states about his character and what kind of employee he was. They recieved child support payments from January until the first week in April out of his last check. They said he violated his probation for Oct, Nov, and Dec. for not paying his support payments. What I am wondering is what the possibilites are that will happen come Monday at Court? Does he stand a good chance in getting released from Jail along with the letter from his supervisor from his job? Does he stand a good chance in serving out remainder of his sentence of 3 years? Will they reinstate probation and what does that mean?

The court may impose all, some, or none of the suspended sentence. Chances are the court will impose time served and continue the probation, in order to continue collecting the money.
