charged with burglary and theft of a liqueur bottle. im innocent but there is one witness saying it was me committing the act is that enough evidence

One witness, if believed by the judge or jury, is sufficient to convict.However, good cross examination by an experienced criminal trial lawyer goes a long way in creating reasonable doubt.
