Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

i was charged with driving on a suspended and 3 accounts of deadly weapons, i was unaware of the suspension when i was told it was suspended i went to the court house and paid my ticket. 1 of the weapons was a work utensil "razor blade" for roofing the second was a toy blowdart that shoots rubber darts and then brass knuckles with a knife on it i had just purchased them from the flea market and was taking them to my house when i was pulled over. what is someones thought about this situation? please help

These are serious charges. You should not go to court without a lawyer. By paying the ticket you admit guilt. A lawyer would have advised you not to pay the ticket. Don't make that mistake again.

By paying the ticket, instead of requesting a trial, you have conceded probable cause for the stop. You should immediately request a trial for the citation, and unless you are familiar with criminal law, the rules of criminal procedure, the rules of evidence, plea bargaining, and the local judges, you should probably hire an experience criminal defense attorney who is.
