Can I have a legitimate court date on 5/28/09 about child protection issues and I have not received any paper work or a case number. I wan't even told what it was in reference to;I only received a phone call from Child Protective Services on 5/22/09 and told I need to see an investigator Wednesday for a court case on Thursday.

You can have a legitimate court date, if you have been advised of the date. But you should not go speak to any investigator without a lawyer. That would be a big mistake. Get a lawyer immediately.
