child visitation
I just found out that my childrens father was founnd guilty of utter perscription fraud and theft ( 2 seperate things about a year apart) he also has an alcohol / drug problem -
There have been lots of problems with visits in the past
motorcycle accidents / dog attacks on the kids etc..
My court order says he gets our kids for 6 weeks in the summer and one week for christmas, and frankly im worried - what can i do to stop the visits

You have to bring him to court and convince a judge to change the arrangement. If you just do not let them go, you are in contempt of court.
