Conduct of Defense Attorney
The defense attorney contacted us (plaintiff) through another lawyer not involved in our case. Said if we didn't agree to something, they would bring a civil suit. They didn't contact the State Attorney. Is this ethical?

Civil suit relates to the matter how?
Issues can exist with pre-selecting facts to present. This does not mean there is a viable case.
