Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
dismissing old charges
I pressed charges against my kids father in 2005 for domestic viloence.The judge ordered no contact, and must have third party visitation. He was sentenced to 8 months in jail, and had to complete a anger management class. Upon completeing his class we were told we could come back to court to drop the no contact to just no violet contact. However, what do i need to do to have the no contact uplifted off him?

Re: dismissing old charges
If the no contact was part of his probation contact his probation officer. If it was part of a protective order then the protective order would have expired already.
