My girlfriend is 17 im 19 I live in maryland and she lives in va. Will her stepdad get into any legal trouble if he let's her stay over my house in maryland

That depends on whether he knows that she will be engaging in activities that would be a crime if committed by an adult, whether her stay would be abusive to her, or whether her stay would be neglectful of her.
