Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

harassed by neighbor

for almost 2 years now my family has been harassed by a schitzophrenic neighbor who has made reports to the dmv,fire marshal,police and child services as well as county exec. office and chief of police. he makes false claims of fire threats,child abuse,disturbing the peace etc none of which have ever been found to be true.we literally try to pretend he doesn't exist but he is obsessed with us. what can i do about him filing false reports to these agencies? i am very stressed out about this and my kids are constantly worried. he is taking away from our quality of life.

I would suggest that you go to a Commissioner at your district court and detail to him/her the false claims - especially false fire calls as they are criminal. Possible telephone harrassment. Bring details with you as you will have to write a sworn statement
