Is a house being the "last know address" of a wanted person "probable cause" to get a search warrant for the house, even though the house was sold to new owners several months ago?

Maybe. Probable cause requires reason to believe that evidence of a crime might be found. The reasonableness of the length of time will depend on all of the information in the affidavit instead of one allegation alone.

More importantly, if you are asking this question because the cops found something illegal going on in your house, despite the fact that you were the wrong people, you need to immediately sit down with an attorney to discuss a defense. This may be more complicated than just whether or not the warrant was valid.
