Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
if my lawyer filed an 8-505 on 3/14/2011 and then it says closed date 3/21/11 what does that mean?

Most likely, it means that the case is not currently active. 8-505 motions are often held sub curia while the defendant serves a certain portion of his or her sentence.
