Postponement of Pre-trial Hearing
Requested postpone for Pre-trial Hearing 2x with a doctor's note advising total incapacitated during the time of which the date of the Pre-trial has been set and both times have been denied by judge. What option do I have? I do not have attorney yet?

you may be not be able to get another pp for the pre lim hearing but your actual trial date for a felony is going to be set out pretty far in advance. Your attorney can also waive the Pre lim Hrg or appear on ur behalf . Please feel free to email me @ sabou@tajlegal.com
