Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

President's prior drug use.

With the american public getting ready to elect a president who has admitted using drugs including cocaine, how would it play in court if someone is arrested for using drugs.

probably the same thing that happened with Bush in the white house (who used cocaine) you will be arrested and you will go to jail.

This depends on which county, which judge, and which prosecutor along with the Defendant's prior record. Drug cases can be very tricky and can sometimes be beaten, so get a lawyer!!!
