I was getting a ride from my friend when the cops randomly stopped us. Unfortunately there was marijuana in the car so he gave us each a citation, this is my second offense. What do I tell judge tomorrow. I really dont want to go to jail or anything of the sort.

You should ask for a postponement to obtain a lawyer. There may be legal and or factual defenses to your case. If the Judge grants your request to postpone, go immediately to the Office of the Public Defender to apply for representation (if you have ANY question whether or not you can afford an attorney).

Check in with the prosecutor, but do not discuss your side of the story or else the prosecutor may be called as a witness against you. Simply identify yourself and indicate that you would like a postponement to consult with an attorney.
