If you have no criminal record and the possession/paraphernalia are the only charges, you may be eligible for the Marijuana Diversion Program. This is a program offered that entails some classes and other educational "activities." As long as you complete the program successfully, the State will most likely dismiss your charges. At that point, you will not have a record or any lasting account of these charges. This is a one-time offering from the State for first-time offenders, with marijuana only.

If you have any additional questions or would like to find out more about the diversion program, you can call me any time at (410) 205-0718 or visit us on the web at www.marcsnyderlaw.com.

Good luck!
