selling rx medication
if some tells the police that you sold them rx meds after they were arrested after a drub raid and you didn't do it can you go to jail just on their hearsay?

If you did not sell the drugs and are being charged then you should contact an attorney immediately. Do not speak with any police officer.

It is not hearsay when a person witnesses something. So, can you be charged, yes? Will you be convicted? Probably not with a good lawyer. If the police want you to talk to them, don't. Contact a lawyer to talk to them for you. If you need further assistance, please contact me directly.
