Sentence modification
My boyfriend was found guilty of CDS possession for cociane and marijuana. He got 4 yrs w/a/b 18 months suspended and 1 yr s/s for the marijuana. This was his 1st grug offense w/ no real priors. His lawyer isn't trying to help. He filled for an appeal but that it. What can we do to get a sentence modification? There are people ther who got less time for drugs and it was their 3rd 4th time.

Re: Sentence modification
He has thirty days from the date of the sentence to note an appeal or file a motion requesting a review of the sentence imposed. He also can file for a modification of his sentence if done so within 90 days.
