Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland

Telephone Harrassment

My husband is being harrassed by his ex girlfriend and their daughter. On one occasion the daughter threatened to ''slit his throat'' and the mother threatened ''to kill him,'' and ''there were plenty of places to hide the body''. She also threatened that ''his life is never going to be the same and he better watch his back''. I am wondering what recourse we have to stop the calls and the drive-bys during the weekend. We are virtual prisioners in our home and we have 3 other children that live with us. Any help would be greatly appreciated as the calls are not stopping and I know the threats will get worse. We did send a certified letter to both of them informing them not to call or stop by our house. Is there any other things we can do to prevent this? And can she be prosecuted for this? I thank you in advance for any advice I receive!!
