Is it possible to transfer a federal court case to another state. What is the proceedure (Example) I live in florida and would like to where I i have a federa; court case . I would like to for the court case trial be in Maryland.

A party may move for change of venue. Be careful, because the fourth circuit is perhaps the most government oriented on criminal issues. You should evaluate this issue with your lawyer before you pursue it.
