Legal Question in Criminal Law in Maryland
Hi, i have been traveling the country for about a month now with no plans of returning to my home state in possibly years. I have just come to find through a phone call from home, that i am being charged with telephone misuse and telephone harassment just before leaving the state. since i will not be returning soon. how would they go about doing this, how are they going to serve me if I'm 3000 miles away, and will this comeback if i choose to return to that state, will a warrant be issued? I would be very grateful if someone could answer these questions for me. Thank you for your time
