in 2001 my mother was granted teporary custody. the case was then close in 2003 for lack of prosecution. my qeustion is who has custody of the children?

I require more information. Assuming the questioner is one of the minor children, I need to know your age. Also when your "mother" was granted temporary custody, what type of order was this? was this from a protective order? It is possible that there is no real order and that both parents have "custody."
