If you are either a co-owner of the house or a cotenant on a lease, you have the right to be there. Contact the local police and ask them if they would escort you to the house to get your belongings. Try to set up a specific time for this with your husband, and if he won't cooperate you should arrange to do it when you know he'll be home. You could also file for a limited divorce and as part of that case, seek a court order allowing you to retrieve your property. Consult a family attorney or contact your local bar association for referral to a pro bono (free) or reduced fee attorney if you income qualify.
