Alimony

When ex fails to pay the alimony which he has been ordered by the court to pay, what is my recourse? No other income (*with an explanation) cannot pay for atty.

Re: Alimony

If your ex is employed and receives a paycheck, you can ask the court to enter an earnings withholding order on the employer. If granted the alimony will be deducted from his paycheck and sent to you. Check with your county bar association to see if they have a pro bono program which would entitle you to a free attorney to help you.
