Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

child support

i reached an agreement with my husband on child support. the order states that my husband will give me his share of medical and daycare above and beyond of the child support. He is to receive this info on the 3rd of every month and pay by the 15th of the same month. He has chosen not to give me the medical even though the order states he is to do so. His claim is that if the medical bill is not of an excess of $100. he does not have to pay . If that is the case and he agreed to pay all uninsured medical (his share) that was written in the order ,than is he responsible to pay me. Does the order overshadow the law if he has agreed to pay these medical bills in writing.

Re: child support

If the court order states that you both are to share in the amount of medical expenses above the child support amount, then he has to pay. The court order controls unless he can show under law why the court order should be interpreted any other way.
