child support records
in a trial, a lead operations manager for csea stated that he came up with an arrearage amount bhy the documents that an obligee's attorney provided. the obligors attorney did not review these documents in the trial and these documents apperantly did not include payments that were court ordered to be sent directly to the obligee and not thru the csea. there is no case pending at this time, do i have the right to request copies of all payments that the csea has on file and all documents relating to my file or can i sepoena these records?

Yes, you can obtain such documents through the discovery rules. But it sounds like there has already been a hearing on the arrearage issue. The obligor's attorney should have objected if documents were being introduced that he/she hadn't been provided before the hearing. If the obligor has documentation of payments made directly to the obligee, then that would significantly undercut the arrearage claim.
