Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

Child Support from 35 years ago

My father and mother divorced when

I was 14 (I am 50 now). My mother

and I were going through old

documents - she is preparing here

will. She found that my father only

paid child support for 4 out of the 5

kids they have together. I asked my

father about this and he only laughed

and said that his attorney had told to

'only list 4 kids to see if anyone

noticed'. No one noticed at this time.

My question is ca he be forced to pay

back the money owed ?

Your mother should have known about this at the time, so it's way too late to do anything now.
