Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

child visitation

my husband and I are almost divorced. We have one child which he supports. When she goes to visit him he has a person living with him that has been convicted with a crack cocaine addiction. What can I file to not have this person around my child. The crack cocaine addict may put my child in harms way. My Ex-husband also lets the addict babysit my child when he is not there.

Re: child visitation

If you have a concern for your child's safety and well-being while in his care, you can request that visitation be supervised until such time as the situation changes. What needs to be filed depends on what orders if any currently exist regarding custody and visitation.
