Custody agreement
My daughter gave me custody of her son, an agreement that was witnessed and notarized by the Dept. of Social Services.
Can they revoke that agreement if the agreement was not broken by my daughter or myself?

You said that the agreement was witnessed and notorized by social services. Is this agreement court ordered or ordered by social services or did you and your daughter enter the agreement on your own?
