Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

my ex has custody during the school year and i have visitation every other weekend, then it swaps in the summer where i have custody and she has visitation every other weekend, do i still have to pay child support in those summer months

This should have been resolved in the child support order. What does the order say about paying during the summer months? If it is silent on the matter, you should pay according to the order unless and until you file a motion to modify the order to take into consideration the fact that you have custody of your child during that time and the court enters its order regarding the modification
