Dating clients

I asked about lawyers dating there clients. Is there a time frame on this unethical behavior, meaning is it okay for them to date clients once the divorce is settled?

Could a claim be filed anonymously?

Ethics concerning client and attorney relations are held to a strict degree of review. Bar counsel has considered and prosecuted many cases.

In Maryland they Bar Counsel would look at the circumstances under which the relationship began. The purpose is to insure client's are not taking advantage of in a situation in which they are more vulnerable.
