Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

In my divorce, my ex was ordered to split back owed taxes. I have paid them in the past and she paid me back by lowering child support. Now she doesn't want to do that, but hasn't paid me back in three years. Do I file a contempt form?

I can't tell you whether you should or shouldn't file for contempt. If I were in your shoes, I would. Hire a Maryland family law lawyer to discuss the specifics of your case and assist you (it will save you time, money, and aggravation).

Best of luck.******The above is for informational purposes and does not create an attorney-client privilege.*******
