Legal Question in Family Law in Maryland

we are filing for modification of custoday and had filed for order of default. we noticed that a proposed order of default loose papers sent to family services. What does this mean?

If family services had any previous involvement in the case they may be listed as a party to receive notice of pleadings. The best answer you can get to your specific situation is to contact the clerk's office to inquire about this.
