What do i have to do if my husband dont want a divorce?We have not been together for about 4 years and we only lived together for 3 months after we got merried.So do i have to get a divorce or not?

In Maryland, if you have been separated from your husband for more than two years, you do not need his permission to get a divorce, as Maryland has a 2 year no fault divorce statute.
